As the member of the National Committee of the British Association of Slavonic and East European Studies, I work with many Russian sociologists, and I am very disappointed to hear from them about the bad reputation of sociology at the Moscow State University. This is a great shame because the University's overall reputation in the West is excellent. I hope the rector is able to influence the situation and support your demands.
